Evaluation of Practice-based PLT Events
CHEC is contracted to collate the evaluation of all events in Nottinghamshire that take place during Protected Learning Time.
CHEC organised events will be evaluated by CHEC, using the evaluation sheets completed by delegates at the event.
For practice-based training events there is one simple monitoring form that needs to be completed by the Practice Manager and returned to Judith Baron, one of the Education Coordinators. She processes the forms and then passes the information onto NHS Nottinghamshire County.
